<description>What a great post. I am entering my 6th year in education, my fourth as an out of classroom teacher. I am an instructional specialist and for the short explaination I work with teachers to make lessons (tighter and better), work with the community to built interest and partnerships and work as an administrator leading department meetings, reviewing lesson plans and creating and planning field trips for my school division. Your new school sounds great and I am interested in seeing what you do to create a dynamic classroom for your students and you.

Hope your year has started off great. I am sure the James Madison fellowship was great, and I have looked into it myself. It was nice reading about your experiences. Over the summer I was in Ecuador, you can check out my blog (listed above).
